Ingredients:

  • 1 k veal ribs
  • 1 K potatoes, peeled
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tbs dry cumin
  • ½ bunch of fresh mint, shredded
  • 4 lemons, peeled & shredded
  • ½ cup Fayrouz Pineapple
  • 3 tbs oil
  • Salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes in water
  2. Marinate ribs in Fayrouz, cumin, garlic, salt & pepper for 30 minutes
  3. Heat oil in pan and add cumin and garlic. Fry till golden than add the marinated ribs
    After frying on both sides, remove from heat; top with lemon and mint mix + boiled potatoes
  4. Cook in moderately hot oven for 30 minutes
  5. Serve hot
