Ingredients:
- 1 k veal ribs
- 1 K potatoes, peeled
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbs dry cumin
- ½ bunch of fresh mint, shredded
- 4 lemons, peeled & shredded
- ½ cup Fayrouz Pineapple
- 3 tbs oil
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Boil potatoes in water
- Marinate ribs in Fayrouz, cumin, garlic, salt & pepper for 30 minutes
- Heat oil in pan and add cumin and garlic. Fry till golden than add the marinated ribs
After frying on both sides, remove from heat; top with lemon and mint mix + boiled potatoes - Cook in moderately hot oven for 30 minutes
- Serve hot
