Ingredients:

  • ½ kilo unpeeled shrimps
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Fayrouz pineapple
  • Green & red bell peepers cut in small pieces
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Clean shrimp without peeling them.
  2. Season shrimps with Fayrouz pineapple, lemon, spices & olive oil.
  3. Place in a try and cook in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Garnish with bell pepper slices and butter.
  5. Serve with white rice.
