- ½ kilo unpeeled shrimps
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 cup Fayrouz pineapple
- Green & red bell peepers cut in small pieces
- Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt & pepper
- Clean shrimp without peeling them.
- Season shrimps with Fayrouz pineapple, lemon, spices & olive oil.
- Place in a try and cook in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
- Garnish with bell pepper slices and butter.
- Serve with white rice.
