Ingredients:
- 1 kilo veal fillet
- 4 medium potatoes, cut in cubes
- 2 green onions + 1 red onion, shredded
- 3 pieces of broccoli, cut in piece and steamed
- 2 green bell peppers, cut in cubes
- ½ cup Fayrouz Apple
- Bunch of fresh coriander, shredded
- 4 tbs oil
- Olive oil
- 1 cube chicken stock
- 2 tbs corn starch
- Salt
Directions:
- Fry onions in oil then add potatoes, Fayrouz, bell pepper, coriander and salt
- Add the fillets to the mix and cook on low heat
- Dissolve stock in some warm water and add some Fayrouz Apple.
- Add the stock mix the veal and potato mix and leave to cook
- At serving, garnish with steamed broccoli
