Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon rose syrup
- 1 spoon fresh ginger
- 4 tablespoon mango purée
- 1 lime juice
- 1 cup Fayrouz mango
- ice cubes
Instructions
- For the mango purée: add the mango chunks of 1 mango in a blender and purée.
- In a shaker, combine mango purée, lime juice and ginger.
- Strain mango puree into the pitcher.
- Add ice, rose syrup and Fayrouz mango, stir to combine.
- Strain into a chilled glass & garnish with mango chunks .
