MANGO GINGER MOCKTAIL (AUTUMN SPECIAL)

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon rose syrup
  • 1 spoon fresh ginger
  • 4 tablespoon mango purée
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 cup Fayrouz mango
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. For the mango purée: add the mango chunks of 1 mango in a blender and purée.
  2. In a shaker, combine mango purée, lime juice and ginger.
  3. Strain mango puree into the pitcher.
  4. Add ice, rose syrup and Fayrouz mango, stir to combine.
  5. Strain into a chilled glass & garnish with mango chunks .
