Ingredients:
- 1 cup yellow lentils
- ½ kilo meat cubes
- 2 carrots, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 tbs butter
- 2 tbs flour
- Juice of 2 lemons
- ½ cup Fayrouz Pomegranate
- 2 cups water
- spices
- Paprika
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Boil lentils in water and Fayrouz Pomegranate with meat, carrots, onions, salt & pepper and spices. Leave for 45 minutes to boil.
- Mix flour in 1 melted tbs of butter till thick. Add to soup mix for texture while continuously mixing to avoid bumps.
- Beat egg yolks in small bowl with lemon juice. Add to soup mix. Remove mix from heat.
- Before serving, fry paprika in butter and add on top of every serving plate
