Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of steak
- 1 cup Fayrouz apple
- 2 spoons rosemary
- 1 onion chopped in small pieces
- 2 table spoons of olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
- Season steaks with Fayrouz apples, rosemary, olive oil, salt & pepper.
- Grill in a large skillet after adding in onions and stir well until fully cooked
- Serve with sautéed vegetables or spaghetti
