Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of steak
  • 1 cup Fayrouz apple
  • 2 spoons rosemary
  • 1 onion chopped in small pieces
  • 2 table spoons of olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Season steaks with Fayrouz apples, rosemary, olive oil, salt & pepper.
  2. Grill in a large skillet after adding in onions and stir well until fully cooked
  3. Serve with sautéed vegetables or spaghetti
