Ingredients:
- 1 kilo chicken breasts
- ½ cup Fayrouz Pomegranate
- 1 small cup Pomegranate molasses
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tbs parsley, chopped
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp sage
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Marinate chicken in Fayrouz Pomegranate, Pomegranate molasses and salt & pepper.
- Mix parsley, oregano, sage, garlic and olive oil. Add to chicken marinade. Leave to marinate overnight.
- Arrange marinated chicken in oven proof dish and cover with aluminium foil. Cook in moderate oven for 40minutes or until cooked.
