Malting is a process that dates back thousands of years, which is mainly transforming the marvelous barley seeds into delicious malt beverages, and we strongly believe that the steps taken during the malting process will directly impact the end product.


What is Malt?
Malted barley, or 'Malt' as it is most commonly known, is a wonderful package of starch, enzymes, protein, vitamins, and minerals that is created through malting. Malting is the process of taking raw grain (barley, wheat, or rye) through four very distinct steps: which are steeping, germination, kilning and roasting.
