Ingredients:
- 1k cleaned fish
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 hot chilli pepper, shredded
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbs tomato paste
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- ¼ cups Fayrouz Pomegranate
- ½ cup pomegranate molasses
- 2 tbs fresh parsley, shredded
- 1 tbs paprika
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 4 tbs oil
- Salt & pepper
Directions:
- Fry fish on both sides in oil then set aside
- Fry the onions in the remaining oil till golden. Add chillies and bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes then add the garlic.
- Dissolve tomato paste and pomegranate molasses in the Fayrouz and add to the onion mix.
- Add the parsley, the lemon juice and the paprika
- Add the fish to the mix and cook for 10 minutes
- Add the olives and pomegranate seeds
- Serve warm
