Ingredients:
- 125gr lurpak butter
- 1 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup powered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Fayrouz pineapple
- 2½ cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon orange peel
- 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
- 1 cup pineapple (cut in small squares)
- 2 spoons raisins
Directions:
- Cream butter using an electric mixer.
- Gradually add sugar, then add sifted powdered sugar while mixing.
- Start adding one egg at a time along with sifted flour & baking powder.
- Add Fayrouz Pineapple, orange peel and vanilla while mixing.
- Pour into a greased round pan.
- Add pineapple pieces, raisins and stir a bit.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 180 C or 350 F.
