Ingredients:

  • 125gr lurpak butter
  • 1 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¾ cup powered sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Fayrouz pineapple
  • 2½ cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon orange peel
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cup pineapple (cut in small squares)
  • 2 spoons raisins

Directions:

  1. Cream butter using an electric mixer.
  2. Gradually add sugar, then add sifted powdered sugar while mixing.
  3. Start adding one egg at a time along with sifted flour & baking powder.
  4. Add Fayrouz Pineapple, orange peel and vanilla while mixing.
  5. Pour into a greased round pan.
  6. Add pineapple pieces, raisins and stir a bit.
  7. Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 180 C or 350 F.
