- 12 Fresh Mint Leaves
- 15 ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon juice
- 15 ml Freshly Squeezed Lime juice
- 22.5 ml Sugar Syrup
- 90 ml Fayrouz Apple
- Half Glass Crushed Ice
- Place mint, lemon, lime and sugar syrup in glass.
- Add crushed ice in glass and stir.
- Add fayrouz apple.
- Serve in highball glass and with straws.
- Garnish with mint sprig, if desired
