Ingredients:

  • ¼ kilos chicken breasts, cut in small cubes
  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut in cubes
  • 3 courgettes, cut in cubes
  • 3 carrots, cut in cubes
  • ½ cup Chinese cabbage, shredded
  • 1 onion, cut in small cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup Fayrouz Pomegranate + 2tbs extra
  • 2 tbs soy sauce
  • Oil for frying
  • Mixed spices
  • One cube chicken stock
  • Salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Soak rice in Fayrouz for 30minutes
  2. Heat the oil and add the onions. Stir till golden in colour then add the garlic, the spices, the chicken then the vegetables one by one (starting with the carrots and ending with the cabbage)
  3. Drain rice and boil in water with pepper and chicken stock
  4. Add the cooked rice to chicken and vegetables mix. Add the soy sauce and 2 tbs of Fayrouz Pomegranate. Stir for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot
